After North Korea launched a missile that (eventually) landed in the sea yesterday, South Korea promised a stern response. And true to word, South Korea and the US both launched missiles into the poor sea again. But, for a show of force, South Korea's missile launch may not exactly have inspired fear and deterrence because one of their missiles landed on their base itself.
